Call for Applications

Open to citizens and/or residents of The Bahamas only.

NOTE: It is not possible to save a partial application and come back to it later. It is therefore recommended that all
documents to be uploaded be readily available, and all responses be prepared in advance and then cut and pasted in.

Applicants must be an enrolled high school student during the 2023-2024 academic year and be under 18 years of age.

Performance Information

Upload three performance videos to YouTube (save as unlisted): ONE video performing the two exercises provided (see NOTE below) and TWO videos (2-3 minutes in length) performing pieces in contrasting styles, both with either a live band or backing track. Please clearly state the name of each piece at the beginning of each video. Share the links in the spaces below.

NOTE - Perform the rudiments as demonstrated in the video links below. For both the SINGLE PARADIDDLE and NINE STROKE ROLL, play them by starting slowly and then accelerating for about 30 seconds, holding at the fastest speed for 10 seconds and then slowing.
